Great overall experience with sales and finance Living three hours from the dealership, I found the vehicle I wanted on their website and wanted to make sure I knew exactly what I would be paying fo Living three hours from the dealership, I found the vehicle I wanted on their website and wanted to make sure I knew exactly what I would be paying for the vehicle before I made the trip. Other Nissan dealerships I contacted were hesitant to get back to me with details--or even talk price--but when I spoke to Dewayne he immediately agreed to match the price advertised at another dealership and agreed to the appointment time I suggested. Before I left, the price for the vehicle had dropped on their website below the price I had negotiated. Although it was actually a mistake, when I got to the dealership Dewayne agreed to give me that price anyway. That shows honor and commitment to the customer. The test drive went great and Dewayne made the rest of the process quick and painless. Stephanie, the finance manager, was knowledgeable and straight up about the loan terms and didn't do a hard sell on extras (like an extended warranty). She even helped me figure out the best way to save on interest as I paid off the loan. I was out of there in about two hours total--record time for a car purchase! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND transacting with this dealership for your next car purchase--and especially Dewayne and Stephanie for their professionalism. I've had my previous vehicle for 17 years, and if I'm still around 17 years from now I'll go back there for my next vehicle. More
