Walter Lee was extremely accommodating and patient with me, even when it became apparent that I wasn’t really sure what I wanted. In the end, he assured me that he would find the exact car, in AWD and color, that I insisted on having. Through the entire process, Walter kept me calm, collected and smiling. I don’t know how he was feeling on the inside, but his outward demeanor always appeared sincere in his desire to accommodate my wishes.
