My experience at the Nissan Dealership was exceptional. My family and I were on our way for a campus visit when I hit a pothole on my way to Cookeville Friday night. I was concerned about getting it repaired in enough time to get back on our way. Omar Benitez was courteous and honest with my repair options and I left with a positive experience and hope. Caleb, the courtesy driver, was very helpful, safe, and 'Johnny on the spot' with the courtesy service provided. If it wasn't for Omar and Caleb, our trip to Cookeville would have ended in disaster. Thank you both and the Nissan team from preventing a cascading series of events that could have ruined a campus visit and our entire weekend! I would definitely have Omar and the team take care of our Nissan repair/service needs. More

My boyfriend and I went with my Godparents to get a new vehicle as we are expecting identical twin girls. Robbie was extremely kind and knowledgeable about the 2022 Nissan Kicks Sr and told us all the safe vehicle as we are expecting identical twin girls.
