Everyone at Cookeville Nissan was friendly and courteous to me and my husband. Shane McCabe, our salesperson went over the features of the car, paperwork and did a thorough job of explaining everything to u to me and my husband. Also, Tito from the service department has gone above and beyond in communication with us as a liaison between us and Nissan Consumer Affairs. He also provided us a complimentary rental car. We are very appreciative of all he has done. Now on to Nissan Consumer Affairs….they have been terrible!!!! We purchased an Altima that had a factory defect and on the drive home the sunroof exploded. We had to bubble up to Nissan corporate. They failed to escalate our issue, and have consistently failed to communicate with us in a timely manner and have missed multiple communication time frames. As of now, going on three weeks, we have no resolution on our issue and no car. Unacceptable! More

Excellent service. Keeps our 2018 Murano in tip top condition. I always ask for Omar. He is the best--knowledgeable and personable. Showed up without an appointment, was told it could be as long as 2 to 3 hrs. Got a shuttle ride to a restaurant and had lunch, had just finished lunch and got a text saying my car was ready.
