Adam was fantastic! I came in at 6pm on a Saturday night for a specific truck. Adam had the keys waiting when I arrived, plus had a backup option in mind if the financin I came in at 6pm on a Saturday night for a specific truck. Adam had the keys waiting when I arrived, plus had a backup option in mind if the financing didn't work out for my first choice. By 8pm, I walked out with the keys to the truck I really wanted. Despite the late hour on a weekend he never made me feel rushed or pushed. He answered my questions clearly and completely. My budget was pretty strict, Adam worked hard to help me meet it. I dread buying cars, it's time consuming and often high pressure. This was the easiest big purchase I've ever made. He even retrieved a family heirloom I'd boneheadedly left in my trade in and mailed it back immediately. I am extremely grateful for that extra effort. More
