After sitting in a dealership for 3 hours to not come to an agreement. Robbie contacts me the day after I spent time at this other dealership and gives me the price I was asking the other dealership for wit an agreement. Excellence in customer service! The best car buying experience that I have ever had, by far! My truck went to salvage due to hurricane Ian, I live in Ft. Myers. I found my 2023 Niss The best car buying experience that I have ever had, by far! My truck went to salvage due to hurricane Ian, I live in Ft. Myers. I found my 2023 Nissan Titan Pro 4X on line at 11:00 PM on a Wednesday. Robbie called at 10:00 AM Thursday, he put together the deal by 1:00PM the same day. I flew to Nashville on Friday, arrived at the Nashville airport at 7:30 PM. Robbie brought my Nissan Titan to the airport, I signed the paperwork no hassle, no gimmick and drove non-stop back to Fort Myers. No one! I mean no one does customer service like that anymore. You cannot believe me until you give give Robbie & Cookeville Nissan a chance. Thank you! I love my truck! More

I recently came in to purchase a vehicle, I dealt with Adam and Shane. What I thought would have been a long, exhausting and drawn out process was extremely quick and pain free thanks to Shane and Adam. S Adam and Shane. Shane took his time and made sure I knew all the ins and outs of my vehicle, he could have easily gave me the keys and said have fun but he took his time and showed care and was extremely genuine in making sure I was happy. I had a very pleasant fist experience with Nissan thanks to them and next time I need to buy a vehicle I will be knocking on Nissans door requesting Shane and Adam. More
