Lance was extremely helpful in finding me a truck I wanted with all of the features important to me and nothing I didn't want or need. I was satisfied with my process in purchasing my 2024 Nissan Rouge. I however was upset that I was promised a spare key and all around rubber mats but didn't receive the extra key and only part of the m Nissan Rouge.
