Where Service is "Second to None" It is difficult to find reliable service Managers, let alone Mechanics who take pride in their job. Kevin Frazier (Service Manager) and Dustin (Mecha It is difficult to find reliable service Managers, let alone Mechanics who take pride in their job. Kevin Frazier (Service Manager) and Dustin (Mechanic) are two of the few who take customer service to a level that is "Second to None". Their professionalism; technical expertise; and willingness to go above and beyond remains such that others can only hope to emulate. After having our Nissan Frontier serviced at Nissan of Cleveland we had sufficient confidence in both Kevin and Dustin to take our 2017 RAM to them versus having the work done at a local RAM / Dodge Dealership. Both vehicles had a number of "after market" accessories which required installation which were completed by Dustin who possesses the mechanical abilities to handle everything from the routine tasks to the most difficult installations.
