Recent service I had a free tire rotation and pressure check with my oil change. Waited 2.5 hours for oil change I had a 230 appointment I arrived on time. Still had to wait 2 1/2 hours just for one oil change. I was told it would take a 1 1/2 when I arrived and I had a 230 appointment I arrived on time. Still had to wait 2 1/2 hours just for one oil change. I was told it would take a 1 1/2 when I arrived and asked. This is unfortunatly not satisfactory service if you ask me. What’s the point of making an appointment if you have to wait that long? Probably won’t go back to Fuccillo Nissan for service now. More

5 Star Service I absolutely love Fuccillo Nissan. The service department is amazing every single time I visit. From the moment I pull up I am greeted by one of sever I absolutely love Fuccillo Nissan. The service department is amazing every single time I visit. From the moment I pull up I am greeted by one of several friendly & knowledgeable advisors. I’m always greeted by name when I work with Salim. Each advisor is patient and accommodating. I’ve shown up at times without an appointment and they have squeezed me in with patience and kindness as they attended to my needs. Everything I’ve asked them they’ve been so great about their response. I never feel rushed or taken advantage of. Deana is also such a great asset. As the manager she still finds time to greet customers and assist if there’s ever an issue. Salim, Mike and the other service advisors are great. I drive all the way to Fuccillo from Ruskin because I know I’ll be taken care of by Deana and her team. More
