Went to the dealer for an oil change and had an air bag light and tire warning. Enea Demelli was the Service Advisor who went above and beyond to work with me, even checking my extended warranty to find t light and tire warning. Once again, I was thoroughly impressed with outstanding Team at Nissan of Clearwater! It’s so refreshing to know that I always have such a dedicated group of professionals that are not only friendly, court Team at Nissan of Clearwater! It’s so refreshing to know that I always have such a dedicated group of professionals that are not only friendly, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable but communicate extremely well! That is especially true of Service Advisor Joe Bitar and Service Manager John Mendonca who thoroughly explained the scope of work to be done while also keeping me updated throughout the process giving me updates along the way. Also, Alex the Service Tech even provided me with a nice video going over work as well. While the work was performed, I also had the pleasure of speaking with Khalid Anas in Sales who answered all my questions on new models and incentives that that I will pass along to my friends and family. Also, special thanks to General Manager Bruno Pignano for always caring about customer feedback and driving his organization to excellence. Again, truly an outstanding team at this state-of-the-art facility that continues to earn this demanding customer’s business and leaves me Completely Satisfied every time reinforcing my loyalty to the Nissan brand! Seemed good nice friendly staff oil change took no more then an hour but they never suggested servicing the transmission at 59000 miles and a week later the transmission went out. So I called and it was due for a transmission service and the service manager tells me that having that done wouldn't have made any difference. Now I'm having to junk my 59200 mile Nissan Sentra. Thought I was set with reliable transportation. It's going to be very hard not having a car in July working on Westshore living in Dunedin. The time before they sent a video suggested tires and an alignment I took care of that as I can see tire tread never mentioned a transmission flush. I can't get to work now and waiting on a tow truck to give me a few hundred dollars sadly for a 59000 mile Nissan Sentra. My AAA was used for lock out service as I had grown accustomed to a proximity key. You'd think the service manager would have offered to tow it in but he stood his ground offering no accommodations or apology for skipping any other recommendations. I never received a video and was told it's a sealed unit the previous time that I didn't have to worry about it. Don't rely on Nissan service advisors read the owners manual a costly lesson for me. Never dreamed I'd reach this point in my life seeking employment without wheels. More
