Had some major issues with air con & front suspension on our 2016 Murano. Dealt with Alex Lukacs. Made me feel very comfortable, rather than feeling I was the “customer” we were partners. I called Alex Lukacs ,service manager, on Thursday about a warning message that appeared on my screen of my new Nisson Rogue Sport,which only has 2,700 miles on the odometer ,that said I should consult m a warning message that appeared on my screen of my new Nisson Rogue Sport,which only has 2,700 miles on the odometer ,that said I should consult my manual for further info. I was shocked because it didn't give me a reason. I called Alex and asked if I could come right in and have the service person check things out . He said to come in and he took the car into the shop. The tech could not find anything wrong with the system. I appreciated that he put my mind at ease with this finding. He assured me everything was working fine.He answers any of my questions with a very professional response. More
