G.R. Was absolutely awesome! He approached us, great intro, and there was no pressure. We talked and felt very comfortable with him. Great sense of humor which I really appreciate. He asked us a lot of intro, and there was no pressure. We talked and felt very comfortable with him. Great sense of humor which I really appreciate. He asked us a lot of questions and made sure that we understood everything. We didn't know for sure if we were going to get a new car or not, but G.R. made the process so smooth and easy, there was no way we could resist! 😁 We are so happy with this car and with G.R.'s customer service, we will certainly be back to see him and will tell all of our friends! Such a great guy - even sent a thank you message. The only thing left to say is that he is SUPER AWESOME and we're so glad we met him! More

Saquan Franklin was excellent, we felt comfortable with his knowledge of product and the service he provided us, that's why I brought the car, this was our third and last Nissan dealership we visited, I to his knowledge of product and the service he provided us, that's why I brought the car, this was our third and last Nissan dealership we visited, I told him I'm buying because of him More
If I can give a zero. I would. Worst car dealership service. I had 2 different missed diagnoses by them on the same problem, and ended up with probably some other ext I would. Worst car dealership service. I had 2 different missed diagnoses by them on the same problem, and ended up with probably some other extra unnecessary work. Took car in twice to get a missed fire disagnose and fix on the fifth cylinder. Original work was around $750 but came out to be $1,800. Still did not solved the problem. A second tech looked it over second time and recommended $6,500 worth of work, including replacing all 6 fuel injectors. Took to an outside independent shop, who did their own diagnostic (including compression check, which was Ok). Turns out to be only a faulty coil. Only cost me $245 to have it fix by a local family garage and they had it running smoothly again within 2 hrs. This makes me to believe that the first $1,800 paid visit to Nissan is questionable. Perhaps some of the extra work from the first visit was not even necessary. First trip, the miss fire was intermittent. They let me drive it home. Second visit, the miss fire was so pronounced that it shook the car violently at RPM under 2000. Nissan even suggest using a free loaner and leaving it at the dealership until they can get fuel injectors in stock to fix it. This is on a V6, 4Liter engine that's been around forever and, in most Frontier, and Pathfinders. Tons of these out there and Nissan Clearwater can't even trouble shoot or diagnose the problem. Shame on them. What a scam!! Don't let the clean floor, smiling and courteous faces fool you. They are horrible in diagnostic service, and quote works is a guessing game. In the end, Nissan was more interested in trying to get me to trade in for a new vehicle than to diagnose and fix a simple and existing problem. Huge waste of time at Nissan, multiple trips to the dealer and waiting to get on to their schedule, and cost of needless repairs that never fixed the original problem!!! More
