STILL NO REPLY. HERE IS WHAT YOU FACE IF YOU SHOP THERE, AND SEEMINGLY THEY DONT CARE: Gentlemen, I understand you are busy trying to sell and finance as many vehicles as possible. However, you need to finish the sales you have previously made adhering to the promises you represented as fact before forgetting about a recent customer. I am tired of trying to reach out to you just to be ignored. In fact, whether it be incompetence, ignorance, or just forgetfulness, you have broken both verbal and written covenants we made on the day of the sale. I will give you a few examples: 1.) Mr Carillo said the vehicle came with a warranty that covered everything when we were looking at it. I specifically asked, "You mean like AC an what not, just not the power train?, and he said yes. That was untrue. 2.) Mr Carillo rushed me so quickly through the sales process he ended up costing me hundreds of dollars. When we were talking about the Rogue, I looked on Geico for an idea of what insurance would be. After I saw the rate, I stated I wished to call Progressive who was my current insurer to see if I could get a better quote. He stated that was a great quote, told me not to add it to my Progressive policy, and told me hid premium was $8000 yearly. After getting home, I did check with Progressive, and because I have been with them so long I was an emerald member who qualified for deep deep discounts versus Geico. I cancelled Geico and added the vehicle to Progressive the next day. I don't believe salesmen should be giving advice about insurance. I am out money because of the early start then cancelling the policy two days later. 3.) The salesman told me to choose Nissan Acceptance Corp as the listed lien holder when I bought the vehicle. However, It turned out to be TD bank who was charging almost 10% interest. I told the salesman I wished to pay in full for the vehicle, but he stated the dealership got credit for loans so I put $15,000 down to try and help the dealership only to be wronged by them. I have a average credit score of 826 and am a Platinum Honors Rewards customer with BOA. I could have easily secured a car loan at 6% or less if I needed it. Now, despite multiple requests to the finance dept, I can get no info on the bank or loan info so I might pay the vehicle off as intended in the first place. 4.) I signed a document your company provided stating that all recall issues were resolved with the vehicle. After getting the car fax report the following day I found this to be untrue. It turns out there is an outstanding recall issue which I must make arrangements now to come in and resolve. I live in downtown Saint Petersburg. I am also severely disabled. I doubt you can appreciate the effort and fatigue I endure coming to your dealership. 5.) It took about 3 hours to purchase the vehicle. I find it interesting I was at the dealership at 9am and looked at the vehicles your internet sales Mgr. (I believe her name was miss Gomez) first suggested. When I told her my maximum comfortable OTD price, she said she could make it work. However, apparently she did not share this with the salesman and I ended up paying $1,200 more than she and I agreed upon prompting me to drivie up a second time. 6.) I do not believe the vehicle was prepped properly in the haste to sell it. I took a picture of the Pre-owned NOC protection add-ons. I do not believe I received the door edge and cup guards. Additionally, I definitely did not receive the Welcome kit, Vehicle care accessories, Any idea on how to get the customer mobile app, or the roadside assistance. 7.) Finally, after being so sick and fatigued I could take it no more, we agreed on 22k. It ended up slightly cheaper because I was transferring the Tag from my CX-7. Immediately you might note it is not the 21k OTD I was promised by Miss Gomez to induce me to drive back. Neither was it any of the vehicles she and I discussed. 8.) It took over an hour to get in with Mr Nelson Reyes. After the first 30-40 minutes of waiting I was about to walk and he came out and said 10 more minutes. It was a minimum of another 30-40 minutes. 9.) I told Miss Gomez that I wanted a vehicle that had at least a year of the manufacturer bumper to bumper left because I am spooked by buying used and find if there is a problem, it usually presents in the first year. The vehicles we discussed had this. The Rogue did not. Therefore, Mr. Reyes started offering all these warranty options that were so overpriced compared to when I bought my Dodge Ram 1500 in 2018. At that time, I received the remainder of power train, and two year extension of Bumper to Bumper was only $1,200. He would not take no for answer. Finally, again I strongly believe I was taken advantage of because of my disability and confusion, he talked me into the theft protection. He told me though, if I changed my mind, I could come in, cancel, and he would write me a check. After speaking with my insurer, I have requested this option only to be ignored. 10.) I have written Mr Reyes several emails requesting the banks contact info. It is on none of the paperwork I received. I wish to pay the vehicle off immediately, but I am unsure whether your dealership can even present a clean title to me at this point because I was given a temporary plate on top of my own, and he said as much. 11.) Fitzgerald came back and offered me the 21 Santa Fe without all the markups hours after I drove off your lot. I am pleased with the vehicles performance but strongly believe I was pressured and taken advantage of; if not down right lied to. The Santa Fe has more cargo room, was a 21, and had the remainder of the manufacturer warranty I desired. It is my intention to make an appointment with the Nissan of Clearwater dealership General Manager as soon as possible to discuss my concerns. This would not have been necessary if my contract had been sent in a timely manner, the vehicle prep and offerings were completed, Mr. Reyes would have returned my calls and emails requesting bank info, and theft coverage refund, and the dealership had not guaranteed in writing that there were no recall issues that were not outstanding. I am tired of being ignored and will check my paperwork to see if I am within the return window. I have put less than 50 miles on the vehicle since purchase, and most of that was driving from your dealership to my home. Please don't get me wrong. I liked the salesman and Nelson quite a bit. However, you are running a business and if the customer cannot trust your promises I find it difficult to see myself returning in the future for repeat business. I have all the emails and pictures to back up my perceptions of this rapidly frustrating situation. Since I currently do not have the contact information for the dealership GM, I would request you forward this message to him/her, and reply to me with their contact info. I am hopeful you are still in possession of my CX-7; for if this is a taste of what your dealership has to offer, It's too bitter for me. Regards,
