GR was excellent and was the best part of the experience . I bought a pre-owned and was told a rigorous multipoint inspection was done prior to selling . The cabin air filter had a forest growing in it and . I bought a pre-owned and was told a rigorous multipoint inspection was done prior to selling . The cabin air filter had a forest growing in it and the air filter was not much better , that being said it was money out of pocket that I should never had to put out two days after purchasing. A week later when I finally needed to use my wipers the fluid was spraying the car behind mine . Once more “ rigorous inspection “ comes to mind. Service had me bring it in and the young man informed me a part would need to be ordered so I would have to come back . It’s perhaps a little petty to some folks but that fellow should have cleaned the xxxx out of my windshield by hand , apologized and then set up my appointment but alas the windshield was the same as when I stopped in and was informed the part would need to be ordered . The fellow who was in the service department when I came to have the part replaced and was also excellent . More
