The cabin air filter had a forest growing in it and the air filter was not much better , that being said it was money out of pocket that I should never had to put out two days after purchasing. A week later when I finally needed to use my wipers the fluid was spraying the car behind mine . Once more “ rigorous inspection “ comes to mind. Service had me bring it in and the young man informed me a part would need to be ordered so I would have to come back . It’s perhaps a little petty to some folks but that fellow should have cleaned the xxxx out of my windshield by hand , apologized and then set up my appointment but alas the windshield was the same as when I stopped in and was informed the part would need to be ordered . The fellow who was in the service department when I came to have the part replaced and was also excellent . More

Don't trust the Finance Officer! The first thing I told our salesman, was that my insurance company had already offered me 6.54% interest! The salesman, worked the whole deal off th The first thing I told our salesman, was that my insurance company had already offered me 6.54% interest! The salesman, worked the whole deal off this, at least that was my understanding! After 2hrs of waiting for the finance officer, he finally called us in. Five minutes into signing, he told us that the loan had an interest rate of over 9%+??? and that a condition of the banks loan to us, was that we were "required" to buy gap insurance and the vehicle warranty; this due to my daughter's credit rating. He then said, her monthly payment would be $523???). After I started to walk away, he stopped me by saying he could "shave" the vehicle's warranty. My daughter really wanted this car or I would have continued to walk. He then said he could due 8.93??? versus me specifically saying that my insurance company already offered me 6.54%; he didnt believe me, so he looked it up in front of us (I was telling the truth)! He then switched the subject by telling us that he got her monthly payment down, close to what she said she could afford ($399???); so we proceeded. Later, after I left, I realized he never adjusted the interest rate (8.93%???)! I blame myself, I should have just walked away the first time. Now, I understand why they keep you sitting around for so long; after 4 hours of waiting, your mind is dull, your hungry, and you just want to get out, hence signing things you shouldn't! More

They have broken both verbal and written covenants we made on the day of the sale. I will give you a few examples: 1.) Mr Carney said the vehicle came with a warranty that covered everything when we made on the day of the sale. I will give you a few examples: 1.) Mr Carney said the vehicle came with a warranty that covered everything when we were looking at it. I specifically asked, "You mean like AC an what not, just not the power train?, and he said yes. That was untrue. 2.) Mr Carney rushed me so quickly through the sales process he ended up costing me hundreds of dollars. When we were talking about the Rogue, I looked on Geico for an idea of what insurance would be. I stated I wished to call Progressive who was my current insurer to see if I could get a better quote. He said I wouldn't and would not stop pushing the offer paper in my face. Eventually, I did check with Progressive, and because I have been with them so long I was an emerald member who qualified for deep discounts versus Geico. I cancelled Geico and added the vehicle to Progressive the next day. I don't believe salesmen should be giving advice about insurance. I am out money because of this. 3.) The salesman told me to choose Nissan Acceptance Corp as the listed lien holder when I bought the vehicle. However, It turned out to be TD bank who was charging almost 9% interest. I told the salesman I wished to pay in full for the vehicle, but he stated the dealership got credit for loans so I put $15,000 down to try and help the dealership only to be wronged by them. I have a average credit score of 826 and am a Platinum Honors Rewards customer with BOA. I could have easily secured a car loan at 6% or less if I needed it. 4.) I signed a document the company provided stating that all recall issues were resolved with the vehicle. After getting the car fax report the following day I found this to be untrue. It turns out there was a outstanding recall issue 5.) It took about 3 hours to purchase the vehicle & 5 hours to shop it there. I find it interesting I was at the dealership at 9am and looked at the vehicles the internet sales mgr, first suggested. When I told her my maximum comfortable OTD price, she said she could make it work. However, apparently she did not share this with the salesman and I ended up paying $1,300 more than she and I agreed upon inducing me to drivie up a second time. 6.) The vehicle was not prepped properly. I took a picture of the Pre-owned NOC protection add-ons. I did not receive the door edge and cup guards. Additionally, I definitely did not receive the Welcome kit, Vehicle care accessories, Any idea on how to get the customer mobile app, or the roadside assistance. 8.) It took almost two hours to get in with Mr Nelson Reyes(financing). After the first 30-50 minutes of waiting I was a minimum of another 45-60 minutes. 9.) I made it clear I wanted a vehicle that had at least a year of the manufacturer bumper to bumper left. The vehicles we discussed had this. The one they sold me did not. Instead, he kept trying to sell me third party coverage which I said no two at least 10 times before I was exhausted into theft protection. 10.) I have attempted to contact financing to pay the vehicle off immediately, but am unsure whether your dealership can even present a clean title to me at this point because I was given a temporary plate on top of my own. Something about the title not being clear yet. 11.) Fitzgerald came back and offered me the 21 Santa Fe without all the markups just hours after the sale. I am pleased with the vehicles performance but strongly believe I was pressured and taken advantage of due to age and disabilty; if not down right lied to. The Santa Fe has more cargo room, was a 21, and had the remainder of the manufacturer warranty I desired. Final note; There were several more issues but the head of financing called me today so I retracted them. I would caution anyone who attempts to purchase there to be sure they get everything in writing, and take the time to read it rather than be pressured to sign More
