Horrible and rude salesman I went to this dealership with the intent on putting down on a new vehicle. I was very specific about wanting an SUV. Unfortunately, the salesman Andr I went to this dealership with the intent on putting down on a new vehicle. I was very specific about wanting an SUV. Unfortunately, the salesman Andre Robinson did not take that into consideration and showed me a car that was literally no bigger than my 2015 Nissan Versa. To make matters worse I asked if we could see if management could work or offer (Suggestion) better than me putting down 4-5,000 on a new SUV and I also stressed that if he didn't think this was possible he could be honest and I could leave to avoid waisting anymore of my time. I drove 1.5 hrs to this dealership thinking They were good honest people according to their radio commercials Billy Sr. and Jr. really makes it seem like their different. I could've went down the street to my local dealership and got the same information quicker. Also they're Generally manager was beyond rude said hi to me and banked on how my request was not possible and basically dismissed his tone gave the impression that he was annoyed which is suprising considering the fact that it was our first time meeting. btw Billy was no where to be found and they could not get him or jr on the phone there wasn't even an attempt. I thought they ripped up contracts. The salesman laughed and stated "yeah he can and reprint right after " uhhhh OK. Well this was a lesson learned I'm going with CARVANNA. More

An I went in on New Year's Day, 2018. Bill Simons was my salesman. The weather was cold, damp and rainy. He knew exactly what car would fit my budget. An Altima, which I had 2 in the past. I wanted a Blue one, so he drove me to another lot to see if they had one. I didn't care for the Blue, so I went with the Red Altima. It had the features I wanted, and the price. The process wasn't as long as most dealerships. Bill showed me the service area, and how to use all the features in the vehicle and paired my phone for my bluetooth. I can tell he has been doing this profession for many years, as he answered all my questions, or if he didn't know, he found out. Thank You Bill! (Thankyaverymuch!) Cathy L. More

maybe ?experience, turned into great exp. First I'm not being paid or forced to do this!! My review--Id like to start by giving cuddo's to Ed Jablon--Sales Mgr John Baker--Sales Professiona First I'm not being paid or forced to do this!! My review--Id like to start by giving cuddo's to Ed Jablon--Sales Mgr John Baker--Sales Professional Greg ???--The great money man Michael ???---My served/writer Dave ???---Service Mgr All of the above and those I didn't meet went to bat to get me out of the 2008 vw I purchased there just shy of 3 months ago. I'm 72 And arthritic and don't get around well and needed a dependable veh. But on a budget. Turns out the VW wasn't dependable!! The short of a long story is . I had to explain my prob. with the vw and ask what they could do to step up and make it right. A few repair trips , then a tow in, then the car went to a vw dealer for a complete check over. Well that's When Ed Jablon called and asked me to bring the rental car (they paid for) back and to sit down and see if they could trade me out of the vw. It seems the vw had hidden issues that only a trained mech. would know to look for. And it would be more cost effective to trade me out. I agreed ! I just needed to stay on budget !! And then comes John Baker "salesman" extraordinary! He listened to my wants and budget needs and in a very "short" time he and I found a veh. That fit my needs. Its like he can put you with the right car right quick. Knows his cars on the lot and is honest also. Got the keys, let me drive it around as long as needed. And headed back to dealer to work numbers. This is the part I always hate. But one of the things I ask is that my payment stay the same for same loan length!! ( fixed income) And between John and Greg the money man LOL He's magic also LOL because he found a lender that got me dead on what the payment was for the vw. To be fair I need to mention michael /service writer, in the early times I was there for some warranty repairs he also listened and actually cared about what was happening. Dave the Serv. Mgr was instrumental as the go between from Nissan & vw dealers. And a great job getting vw dealer to get the info on condition of the vw. The bottom line is , fuccillo Nissan and employees, worked hard to buy me out of vw and get me in a dependable veh. And my heart felt thanks to all.Mr fuccillo should be proud of the staff I worked with because they are all professional. I want to say this wasn't a easy deal as its give and take and it took awhile 5hours to get it all done on that last day . But consider the amount of phone calls and paper work to make that happen. even tag transfer and car insurance transfer. Best part John my salesman kept me in the loop. OH MY NAME sure its Barry Hill Proud owner of my new "to me" Pontiac g5. Thank You Fuccillo Nissan of Clearwater Fl More
Drive 30 mins and go to Courtesy Nissan in Tampa I never really leave reviews like this but this dealership warrants it. I was looking into leasing a Nissan SUV. I relatively knew the price range I w I never really leave reviews like this but this dealership warrants it. I was looking into leasing a Nissan SUV. I relatively knew the price range I wanted and what would be reasonable based off my research and estimate from dealerships on more expensive cars. I go in & they don't have the color I want but they try to sell me another color.. I like it so I say okay let's negotiate. The car sold before we got definitive numbers. They said the same car would be in the next day. When negotiating, they went down $84/month, which on its face seems like they worked magic for me. Well next day I come in after doing more research and their specific Fuccillo Nissan dealer website indicated a better deal So I go in and 1) they don't have the car and could not give me a definite date they would have the car; 2) they refused to give me the specific breakdown of the numbers (bc we just wanted to make sense of the numbers when they told us that the online deal had hidden fees due at the end of the 36 months at the time of the lease inspection so that both deals were pretty much the same price); 3) when we kept pressing that the numbers didn't add up especially looking at what we were quoted on other vehicles that were more expensive, the sales manager (who decides the numbers) was extremely rude towards us -- he told us he did not need our business and would not hold the deal until the actual car came in & that I was missing out on a good deal. So at this point we walked out after wasting a total of 6 hours at this dealership among the two days. The sales rep was nice and new but I could tell they were doing this good cop bad cop thing. Nice guy, but I'm not going to buy a car on a whim without more specific details (and neither should anyone else). So I went to Courtesy Nissan in Tampa. Courtesy Nissan is a corporate dealership; they are very transparent; and I was in & out in only 2 hours with the keys in hand; and I got exactly what I was looking for and an even better deal than what I thought I would remotely get for an even nicer version of the Rogue Sport than what Fuccillo was trying to sell me. Bottom Line: Fuccillo is a scam, they're rude, just don't go there, and drive the extra 30 minutes and go to Courtesy Nissan in Tampa. More

9 HOURS TO DEAL WITH HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RACIST BEWARE OF THIS PLACE, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AS WELL AS RACISM!!!! Not only was I racially profiled by the financing manager Hope but I was penaliz BEWARE OF THIS PLACE, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AS WELL AS RACISM!!!! Not only was I racially profiled by the financing manager Hope but I was penalized for their Sales person Dionna not knowing her own job. My fiancé and I saw Fucillo’s commercials and thought we would give it a try. We got there last Wednesday at around 10:30am keep in my I bring my 10th month old son. We had a budget in mind and saw a car online we were interested in. we told Dionna we were interested in the used cars in our budget she proceeded to get 3 keys for cars to test drive that were in our “budget”. So we test drove a Kia Forte which she said was in our budget and me being gullible was so excited. She didn’t even bother to show us the other cars until my fiancé’s grandma mentions it. She showed us a Nissan versa which was in our budget and we asked if we could see if we could get approved for either so we sat inside. They then took our information and all the needed documentation, the finance manager then comes out, looks at me and says “Do you have your visa to be in this country?”” Are you a US Citizen?” Mind you I have an Arizona License and was born and raised in Arizona. My faince, his grandma and I were so flabbergasted. I never in my whole life was asked if I was a citizen based on my dark features and last name. I asked her if I could give her my birth certificate because I only knew my social security number and didn’t have the card she then told me those could be forged. She never asked my Italian fiancé if he had a visa to be in this country. Dionna then offer to drive me to get my social security card from home after we had been sitting there for 6 hours which I explained to her I did not have so she insisted we drive there as the whole time she is driving she is snapchatting and texting with my 10 month old in the car!! Of course I couldn’t find my social security card like I told her and we go back to the dealership and we wait another hour for Dionna to come up to us as say “ how much do you love me, you guys are approved for the Forte!” so we waited for the documentation for 2 more hours for them to tell us we can get anyone to finance you but we found a car a while ago that you qualify for and is in your budget. mind you the whole 9 hours I sat there they ran my credit for the Kia Forte which turned out to be $17,000 and definitely not in our budget. WHY DID YOU NOT TELL US THAT BEFORE WHEN WE WERE WAITING THERE FOR 9 HOURS TO RUN OUR CREDIT FOR A CAR WE TOLD YOU WE COULDN’T AFFORD??? Keep in mind the whole time we were waiting Dionna keep saying how one of her customers wife hates her and thinks she is trying to get with her husband and snap chatting. At that point we just wanted to go home our son was tired as were we so we said fine and waited for the documentation on a Hyundai Accent. We looked over the contract which I said I didn’t want to have payments for more than 3 years and I told Dionna that and she said it was only two and a half years. 55 months is two and a half years?? We finally get to leave with our new car at 8:30pm. Over the weekend my phone had broke so I did not receive any calls Dionna and Hope had called my fiancé twice each before we receive a voicemail from Hope saying “ I have tried to contact you and your fiancé several times ( it was only twice) and if you don’t not call me I am sending someone to pick up the car”. So of course I called her back and explained to her my phone had broke and she said Dionna told you to bring the car in Friday to get a GPS which you never showed up for and you need to get Florida license and I said we were never told we needed a GPS and no were in the contract says we had to. I told her I would come in a get the GPS the next day and we would have our Florida licenses by the end of the week which she had agreed to. The following day I tried to get ahold of a manager to discuss why I was not informed I needed a GPS as well as to let him know Hope had racially profiled me. I kept getting transferred then hung up on, I finally get ahold of the manager who says he cannot resolve my issue because he is the service manager and transfers me and of course the call doesn’t go through. I left work early to drive down there and get the GPS put in and we are greeted by a salesman and explained why we were there Hope then calls us into our office she sat us down and says “ My general manager wants to keep the car until you get Florida licenses” and we explained to her I can get my license Wednesday no problem ( I am the main person on the car) and she said my fiancé would have to as well. He does not have his birth certificate so we would have to order it which would take about two weeks she then said “ just overnight it its only $80 I did that with mine from Georgia”. Im sorry but we have already spent plenty of our money here as well as having to pay our bills. WHY DID YOU LET US PURCHASE AND DRIVE THE CAR OFF THE LOT WITHOUT FLORIDA LICENSES? DIONNA HAD OUR ARIZONA LICENSES RIGHT THERE AND DIDN’T MENTION ANYTHING, WHY ARE WE BEING PENALIZED FOR HER NOT KNOWING ANYTHING ABOUT HER JOB. Hope then says “this would never have happened if you didn’t call about the racial issue the general manager doesn’t want to deal with this and if you didn’t call we would have just put the GPS in and it would’ve been over” I’m sorry but where is this general manager? I asked her why she had asked me for my visa to be in this country and her response was “the banks make me ask everyone” okay then why didn’t you ask my fiancé and she didn’t reply. I HAVE NEVER ONCE BEEN ASKED IF I HAD A VISA OR IF I WAS A CITIZEN EVER IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. I asked for my deposit back because she asked for the keys and I told her she can have the keys when I get my deposit back after seeing countless reviews of how people wait weeks to get their money back she replies with “I don’t think they will give you’re the money back without the keys” I’m sorry but I’m not giving you the car I paid for without my money back and proof of it. She walked out of the room and came back in and says, “I’m getting emotional because we did this as a gift for you, none of us are making any money off you including the sales person” I replied with yeah that’s why she tried to haggle me into a $17,000 car. Hope said, “I didn’t know about that” YOURE THE FINANCE MANAGER HOW DID YOU NOT KNOW AND WHO TELLS THEIR CUSTOMERS THAT THEY ARENT MAKING ANY MONEY OFF THEM?? At that point Hope was fake crying (I saw no tears) and saying we should just let them hold the car and it was a gift from them and all these other lies. I explain I do not trust you guys after you don’t tell us you’re going to take the car back before we go in luckily my fiancé’s grandma was close by to pick us up or my fiancé, my son and I would have been stranded and I explain how I don’t like being threatened because I don’t answer your calls during the weekend and Hope replied with “that’s how I get you people to bring the car back”. WHO IS “YOU PEOPLE”??. We were never informed to bring the car back for a GPS, Why don’t you hold your employee responsible for not telling us Hope?? At this point I am fed up and offended as all xxxx and we just tell them to keep the car, we had to grab our things from the Accent and Hope gives Dionna our keys which she won’t even look or speak to us because she did not tell us this viable information and lied. Now my credit has 16 hard checks even after they found the bank that approved me for a car in my budget. 9 HOURS TO DEAL WITH HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RACIST PEOPLE. PLEASE NEVER COME TO THIS PLACE I BEG YOU ESPECIALLY IF YOU OF ANY OTHER ETHNICITY THAN CAUCASIAN, THE FINANCE MANAGER IS RACIST AND THEY ALLOW IT. BEWARE!!! More
