So when I got home after picking up my car after an oil change, I noticed large oil spots on the top part of the bumper (the part that meets the hood), on the left fender and oily fingerprints on my driver door. In my 30 years of having my car serviced, I have never seen anything like this so I was really disappointed. With this lack of care, how much oil got on to the interior? It was a dark rainy day so I did not see it at the time. I called the service advisor that I left my car with to inform him of the situation and he did apologize and invited my back to have it cleaned off. By that time I was home 15 minutes away and washed it off myself. I also waited over an hour to have it done which I thought was excessive when after having an appointment. More

Quicker than I thought! I was an hour late for my service appt. and was expecting to be there at least two hours. I grabbed a cup of coffee and by the time I was done drinkin I was an hour late for my service appt. and was expecting to be there at least two hours. Unnecessary work done Brought my 2000 Nissan frontier in to have recalls completed. Was told that the recalls wouldn't fix my vehicles problem if running rough and stalling Brought my 2000 Nissan frontier in to have recalls completed. Was told that the recalls wouldn't fix my vehicles problem if running rough and stalling and they had to take the motor cover off to find the real problem. After they charged close to $300 they stayed it was a distributor issue which I had to correct them and state I've already tried that. Was told it was the timing belt and needed a kit to fix that. Denied them to change that out as it was a fuel issue that didnt match up the timing belt if it was faulty. Then when the parts for the recall came in it fixed the truck and on my slip it stated timing belt was "ok". Why was everything else checked and I was charged when it needed exactly what I brought it in for? This took almost two weeks which I understand it takes time for parts to come in bit i really wish they started with the recall. As a single income family with three boys this hurt...please listen to your customers! More

Friendly and fair price, but kind of slow I had a 1030am appointment and didn't leave until just about 1 pm. I had an alignment and an oil change, so I thought it took a little too long. Especially since the comments were everything was good. The service done was good, but I feel that my truck pulls to the right a little now and didn't before. I am leaving for a 1500 mile trip on Saturday so I hope the pull doesn't effe t the trip too much More
