Amazing Service Selim, was my service advisor for this service. He was super friendly and didn't keep me there long at all. My appointment was for 1:00 PM I was there a little early but he took care of me. He also gave me a price on a part I was looking for without pressuring me to buy right there. He told me all that i needed and might possibly need a few extra things on the next service. Even though this was a free oil change I felt like he treated me like any other paying customer. I would highly recommend this service team! They have been very helpful since I bought my car here and I dont mind an hour drive to get great service. I also want to give a big thanks to Pete Flores he was not on the list below but he helped me with a issue that I ran into on my first service trip. They found the truck I wanted When I checked the Nissan website, it showed an exact match for my desired truck at Fuccillo in Clearwater. Poor service! I brought my car in because my engine light was on and it was hesitating upon acceleration. All they did was reset the code and told me it was good. I took it back the next day and they did another diagnostic and then told me I had a transmission problem. At that point I didn't believe anything they told me. I blame the technician for this not the Service Advisor. I don't trust them now and I would never use them again for service! More

None of that high pressure crazyness you experience at most other places. Now don’t get me wrong it’s still a car dealership so there is definitely the back and fourth. But it’s limited and ultimately they try and get you as close as possible to where you want to be. You can’t ask for much more than that. The finance manager is great. He is super real and friendly. Both times he took the extra effort to make sure we knew what was going on and explained everything. From start to finish we were happy and will most likely go back for our future cars also. More
