Great service overall... last visit not so good From the sales to the first service visit I was a very happy customer, this last service visit I left disappointed, from not knowing that I had 3 year From the sales to the first service visit I was a very happy customer, this last service visit I left disappointed, from not knowing that I had 3 years free maintenance and rotations to telling me there is nothing wrong with my seat (I drive my Nissan on a daily bases so I would absolutely notice if the seat adjustment has moved) Twice I had to tell them I would not pay for something ( I had already told them when I dropped the car off that I had free oil change and rotations for 3 years) . I also had the vehicle inspected by a body shop - YOU CAN SEE WHERE THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED due to ACCIDENT DAMAGE. They absolutely refused to accept any culpability for their fraudulent sales practices. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS. More

Great people, great deals! My initial impression was not good. I had communicated with Jazmyn and told her I would be there at 9:00. I got there at 8:50, walked in and there w My initial impression was not good. I had communicated with Jazmyn and told her I would be there at 9:00. I got there at 8:50, walked in and there were probably 8 employees visible. No one welcomed or acknowledged me. I departed from a side door and a a gentleman in a Red. Sox Jacket sain hello. I commented that he was the first person to acknowledge me since I entered the dealership. That person was Leo, who introduced himself as a Product Specialist. He listened to my thoughts and desires and thought the Rogue would meet most of my needs (features and price). We looked at a white Rogue SV. I test drove it and he introduced me to Phil and we worked out a deal. I went home to get my wife and Leo introduced us to Sherif, who went over the papers and we signed the required documents. Leo brought over Billy to introduce him to us and we had a very friendly conversation. Everyone we met and dealt with were friendly, personable and knowledgeable. It was a very enjoyable experience. Attention to detail I went in to get an oil change completed and was informed that they found some other minor Items during the inspection. They tested the battery and it failed a load test. One of the running lights also needed to be replaced. Both were replaced under the warranty. Good looking out! More
