Fantastic Superb We bought a car there in February of 2018. It was totaled out. Went back and Tonya,Sam and Mike got us in a 2019 Nissan Kicks. Extremely good price on an incredible car! I had contacted the dealership about one VW CC, and it was sold before i could come by. They went out of their way to find a comparable car (same mod I had contacted the dealership about one VW CC, and it was sold before i could come by. They went out of their way to find a comparable car (same model) with less mileage and made price accommodations to meet my desires. I ended up with a great car, still under factory warranty, at a great price, and I thank the dealers, representatives, and finance department for their excellent work, and attention to detail. More

Very dissapointed Had a wonderful experience with Janique, but then was passed to Eddie to make the deal. I must say up until this point, I was greeted with such wonder Had a wonderful experience with Janique, but then was passed to Eddie to make the deal. I must say up until this point, I was greeted with such wonderful customer service but all levels at this dealership. However when making a deal with Eddie, he failed to be clear on a lease trade in (Infinity) and instead of saying "we will take care of everything" he SHOULD have said, oh by the way, you will need to pay for over mileage on the car. I was extremely clear with Janique AND Eddie that we were over on mileage and that is the reason why we went to Nissan (thinking they could do a deal since they are in the family of Infinity). Even Janique said "yea you are upside down in that car". I even handed them my keys to review the car. All Eddie informed me of was that I would probably need to pay part of my left over monthly lease payment from the Infinity. He failed to be clear with me, and I was then given a bill for $1000 worth of over mileage. The worst part of it is that I called repeatedly for Eddie, who never called me back. Instead I was given excellent communication via phone AND text by 'Duke' on his day off! He stated nothing can be done but to follow up with Sherif to see if anything else can be done. Sherif took the approach that he spoke with Eddie and Janique who said they don't remember over mileage being any part of the conversation or deal. Apparently my take on the conversation doesn't matter and nothing can be done. Sherif made sure to inform me that he just did a deal like the one I am describing and he mentioned that he was very specific with his client that over mileage was something that would have to be taken care of by the client and not the dealership. I left a message for George who is apparently the next step above Eddie and still cant get a phone call back. I am extremely disappointed in the service I received after I raved initially about the service I received up until this point. If I could give back my lease I would. I will never do business with them again unless the situation is rectified. More

He even provided me a tablet with videos explaining all of the vehicles functions. The service department was fast and he was even nice enough to pair my Bluetooth phone to the car! He certainly made the experience of buying a car enjoyable. More
