Quick friendly service I was greeted as soon as I pulled in by a service advisor told him what I was there for and he took me inside to do the paperwork. Great dealer experience I had an appointment for a simple oil change for my "new" used Kia. I waited in the customer lounge for about 30 minutes, expecting to wait about 30 I had an appointment for a simple oil change for my "new" used Kia. I waited in the customer lounge for about 30 minutes, expecting to wait about 30 minutes longer, but was wrong. I was there about 35 minutes total...faster than any other oil change. They were professional and on time. Great job at Fuccillo Nissan and I will continue to use them for my vehicle's needs. They could however, continue to monitor pastries in the lounge. There was a sign that said they are available, but they were not. More
