I highly recommend seeking John out if you desire sincere, attentive, haggle-free, and knowledgeable customer service. He provided the pressure-free quality service we always hope for but rarely receive when we visit dealerships. It was also nice for the General Sales Manager, Shaun Jones, to take some time to visit and speak with us. He too made us feel valued and appreciated. I have no doubt, for our next vehicle purchase, we will visit this dealership and can only hope John and Shaun will still be there! More

Service agent good. Rest horrible. Worst experience Absolutely awful dealing with staff. Was done by one but took 4 more hours to sign paperwork. Kept being told 30 more minutes. Update Sabrina, the sales agent, was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I would hire her myself, as I do the hiring in my company. However, I was not satisfied with the finance dept. I completed the application before I actually went in - then when I went in I was told $229. - which I agreed to and so did the manager - however, then it seems you decided to check my credit - and the amount changed drastically. Anyhow, I'm stick with the payment - as by that time I want the car - but extremely unhappy about the financ. I went through a horrendous divorce, had cancer surgery, my mom died and my dog died two days later, but I managed to pull myself together and improve my credit. Whatever, seems you hook the person, then change the numbers. More
