Mike, my advisor always makes sure he talks through everything with me and the mechanics even identified an issue and fixed without me even knowing there was a problem. On top of that, while I was sitting on the sales side to wait for my service to be completed, Andre came over to check on me as he had sold us a precious car and Robert who sold me the Armada also stopped over to see how things were going. Customer Service here is a 10!!! More

Service not so great You say you have this whatever point inspection and checking the tire pressure is one of them....I came in to get my oil changed and specifically aske You say you have this whatever point inspection and checking the tire pressure is one of them....I came in to get my oil changed and specifically asked if my tire pressure would be checked and was told yes. Later that day I checked it and it was still low. I had to stop at a gas station and put air in myself. Then the next week my light came on that my oil needed changed. I had to go back to the dealership so they could reset it. I asked how low the tire pressure needed to be for them to put air in and was told 1 pound. I have been back twice since then and air has NEVER been put in my tires and had to go back 1 other time to have the oil change light reset. More
