I made the mistake of asking KBB for a price quote on my car. Since then I have been receiving a large amount of calls asking if I would like to discuss purchasing a car. As I said... my mistake. I have informed all callers that I wasn't interested, and to please remove me from their list. Everyone has been great about this, with the exception of Nadia from Fucillo Nissan. She was rude, combative, and argumentative on the phone, and when I asked her for the third time to remove me from her calling list, she replied "Fine, but we will continue to email you." Completely unacceptable behavior. When I do plan to buy a new car, I will not be going here. More
