There were no heavy pressure sales tactics, nor was there any pressure to choose one particular vehicle over another. We told them what we could afford; what we wanted, and; they produced a list of vehicles that matched both our budget and our needs. The atmosphere was very clean, upbeat and contemporary - dare I say "hip?" - and they even had coffee and doughnuts available to the morning crowd of customers. I definitely recommend this location of the Fuccillo franchise for all of the reasons listed above...I just wish we would have been eligible for the cruise, too, considering how many reviews they have requested us to write. Constantly felt like the price was too fluid It was unfortunate that we started out with an unknown charge of $2000 - this was added to our price because we were not trading something in and pref It was unfortunate that we started out with an unknown charge of $2000 - this was added to our price because we were not trading something in and preferred to pay cash. Apparently this is explained if you go all the way through the web site - I found the car on autotrader so did not dig into all of the dealership details. There were many other problems with unexplained extras - that seemed to randomly appear. At the closing we came very close to walking away. I thought that the strong arming from Phil was over the top - and I personally found it quite intimidating. I will not return to Fuccillo and will never recommend it to anyone. Sorry but that is how I feel. More
