5-Star Service Even though my experience buying the car was just average, my experiences with the service department have been stellar. I don't usually ever go back Even though my experience buying the car was just average, my experiences with the service department have been stellar. I don't usually ever go back to a dealership for service after I buy a car, I usually take it to my family mechanic. My experience with James Gray and the guys in service has made me rethink this mindset. A month after buying the car I noticed something hanging down in the trunk of my car. It turned out to be the sensor for the ikey had snapped off of its mount. I was afraid that they were going to say that something I had put in the trunk had bumped it and snapped it off, but up to that point, I had not carried anything in the trunk. James looked at it, told me what it was, then saw that my car was a CPO and ordered a new part under warranty. No questions asked. My car was fixed a couple of days later and back on the road. I will continue going back for service now. The guys in service do an incredible job. More
