Buyer beware. Fuccillo will take your deposit and continue to advertise the car to try and get better offers until the car leaves their lot. They obliviously are sales driven and customer service com continue to advertise the car to try and get better offers until the car leaves their lot. They obliviously are sales driven and customer service comes second. I was ready to drive over 3 hours to purchase a vehicle from them when I was told the car needed brakes. Was told not to worry they would put a sold sign on the car if i provide my credit card information for a Deposit and reply to an automated text message confirming I would be coming to purchase the car as soon as they had the brakes replaced. I did everything they asked to hold the vehicle. They strung me along for 3 days until they received a better offer and sold the vehicle. I spoke with the General Manager Colby who told me sorry but he double sold the vehicle and there was nothing he could do. I would recommend you be very careful of the deals you make with this dealer as their Senior Leadership has no concern for keeping commitments is there is an extra buck to be made. More
