Tires had flat spots in the from the vehicle sitting so long at the dealership. They were remounted and balanced prior to purchase. Took the car back to the dealership 2 days after purchase because vibration at highway speeds. The service rep told old that it was as a result of the condition of the tires. They were rebalanced. I couldn't tell a difference on the drive home. I was told that i would have to drive on them for at least 500 miles. If the problem persists after 500 miles, I need to take the vehicle back. It doesn't make a lot of sense to me. It's an 80 mile round trip to the dealership. When I got home the passenger side valve stem covers were missing. Ugh! More

The salesman, Rich was helpful he worked really hard to get the pricing worked out and spent time to show us all the functions of the vehicle including making sure our phones were connected, etc. The rest of the staff at the dealership were very friendly and polite, my fiancé was extremely impressed - nice dealership, very clean The new truck had a lot of scratches and a couple of door dings. They said they would call me to schedule the repairs, but I haven't heard anything yet (2 days). And wanted me to go ahead and take the truck right away. A little nervous about doing that, but hoping they will get everything fixed without a hassle. Please send me a survey after that and I will let you know how they resolved this. Over all good experience, so far, and would recommend to others. More
