I didnt like the sales process. It turned into an arguement what my car was worth, to the point i got up to walk out. I asked for the keys to my car but I was told the manager had them. Being too trusting I did not go line by line over the contract and later realized I was charged $2523 for smart autocare which i did not ask for and another $440 for maintenance. That is my fault I did not catch that but it was added in without me asking for it. I later found the trim on the tailgate was badly gouged and took it back to request it be fixed but the manager refused. I made it clear i did not feel good about my buying experience and further more I will not buy a vehicle from the dealership again! I am not going to rate the people I dealt with. More
