Not really one to leave reviews, but today calls for it. I am so sick and tired of dealing with car dealerships that it is not even funny. I leased my car back in October of 2019 from Fucillo in Clearwater. I am so sick and tired of dealing with car dealerships that it is not even funny. I leased my car back in October of 2019 from Fucillo in Clearwater. The sales staff worked very hard on finding something that fit my requirements. My main goal was lowering my monthly payment. While it was not as low as I would like it I decided to go with the car anyways. Had a conversation with the sales associate and manager prior to leaving and was informed about 2 surveys that I would be receiving from Nissan. If there was any reason to not give them 100% then I needed to let them know so they could make it right. Other than the pricing I was happy. Fast forward to when I get my first payment...turns out I traded a car I loved, with every bell and whistle I wanted for a stripped down Sentra...all for a savings of 3 dollars. I completed the survey with a low rating on pricing but a high rating on the sales associate that I worked with. It was not his fault. The next day I get a very rude and unprofessional text message from the sales associate questioning why I couldn’t give him full marks, my rating has directly impacted his bonus, he is disappointed because he worked hard for me....the typical guilt trip statements. I decided to ignore the text as it was not something I could do anything about at that point. A few weeks ago I get a call from the service department stating that it is time to come in for my complementary oil change and tire rotation on my lease. I called this morning to set up the appointment and was told I could bring the car in at 2. I get there at two and am informed by the gentleman at the service center that because I am over my 365 days from lease date (mid October) that the oil change will cost me $60. I am over being told one thing when the reality is something else. Why would the employee call and leave me a message that it is time for a complementary oil change and tire rotation if it were already past my 365 days? I am well under my miles due to COVID travel restrictions and quarantine. The only real reason for setting the appointment up today is to make sure that the car is ready for a long road trip this weekend. I simply cannot wait to get out of this lease and away from Fucillo. This experience has really soured my taste for them. As soon as I can get out of the lease without too much of a financial impact I will be taking my business elsewhere. More

Issues, still ongoing, with service department and members of management. I feel the staff has an utter disregard for the customer's valuable time. There was an issue with a sales manager refusing to members of management. I feel the staff has an utter disregard for the customer's valuable time. There was an issue with a sales manager refusing to provide wheel locks that didn't come with the vehicle - this issue once a negative review was posted was addressed, to their credit. However, the service department failed to follow-up with a cosmetic issue that is owed to me as a result of the purchase and made me waste a day of travel back and forth (I live and work almost an hour away) with no recourse in sight. More

The salesman and manager was very helpful and it is a nice facility. It did take the dealer over three hours to give me an agreeable total price, so slightly frustrating that I could have signed three ho nice facility.
