Was sat down at a table and was offered a beverage, and then the sales manager came over and spoke with me and the wife, just getting to know us and not being intrusive or "salesy". Facility was incredibly clean and I felt prioritized COVID sanitation. Came in with a pre-approved loan but the finance staff was able to get me an even better rate, and the in-house insurance rep at Florida1 was able to save me $60/mo on my auto insurance. The entire process took about 2.5-3 hours which, considering test driving two vehicles, shopping other bank loans, and getting my insurance figured out, might be the quickest car buying experience I've ever had. Out-the-door pricing could probably be better elsewhere, but not by a landslide and the value the Fuccillo Nissan team brought certainly made up for that. Additionally, Pete followed up with me a few days later to reaffirm my purchase and I did bring up a couple small concerns (some tint damage and updating the infotainment) and he called me back within minutes to let me know they would be taken care of and set an appointment for me as well. As a career salesperson myself, I tend to hold others in the same field to a higher standard yet I was incredibly impressed by Pete and the rest of the staff. I will definitely be recommending to friends and family! More
You can tell a lot about a dealership by the quality of service you receive AFTER the sale. We truly felt that they wanted out car buying experience to be perfect and for the most part it was. We did have one concern that the vehicle had only one key, but the salesman Tony assured us that he would try to find the key and if it could not be found would have a second one made for us at cost. Fast forward a few weeks, we have not received our metal license plate yet, which is no big issue. But more importantly, I made over a dozen phone calls to try and find out about the license plate as well as the key and was unable to even get a phone call back. I finally drove back to the dealership to ask Tony about it, he was very dismissive toward me and literally walked me out the door while I was trying to get more information about the key. The next day I called back and spoke to the service department about ordering and programming a key and was told that they do not have the ability to program or cut Toyota keys there. Long story short, Clearwater Toyota sells and programs those keys for $400 and I have an appointment this Saturday. It was a relatively minor issue but the amount of effort I put into trying to get it resolved and the manner in which I was treated when I went back honestly soured the entire experience of purchasing the car. I was treated very well the day I purchased a $20,000 used car but follow up visits left much to be desired when it comes to quality of service. More
I had a fantastic experience with Pete. He was very knowledgeable and got me connected with their commercial fleet team so I have a "home" for my commercial vehicles. I ended up trading one of my truck knowledgeable and got me connected with their commercial fleet team so I have a "home" for my commercial vehicles. The sales guys were great Tony finished the job, however when everything was all said and done, my car didn't have Mitsubishi car mats inside, i know the car did have them in the truck of the car the 1st da when everything was all said and done, my car didn't have Mitsubishi car mats inside, i know the car did have them in the truck of the car the 1st day I looked at it, but when it came time to take the car home no mat were found, there's also screws missing for the sun visors, very wobbly I would like this resolved More
