Car price shown online went up more than 3000.00 when I sat down with the salesman. Took almost 5 hours to get the vehicle purchased. Be very careful if you purchase a warranty. Nine days after I bought the car, it was in the garage due to the thermostat stuck open. Waited two days for the warranty company to approve the cost. I finally paid almost $500.00 to get the car repaired. I spoke to the dealership more than once to get some help with the warranty company. Was told by Cory he would make some calls and would call me back. To this day, I haven’t got a call from anyone at the dealership? I made a few mistakes when I purchased the vehicle. I am very disappointed with the dealership. I ask to speak with the owner. That never happened. I can’t believe the owner would have appreciated the way I was treated concerning this situation. This dealership spends lots of money to advertise on Tv. The ads they run does not match what happens when the customer walks into the dealership. I could go on however, it’s a waste of my time.
