I am sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction with your recent visit. We apologize for the inconvenience, though we did place the order with the correct VIN, and receiving the wrong shipment was completely out of our control. We tried to accommodate you, offer you a loaner, comp your service, and enhance your experience in any way possible, but ultimately, we did listen to your request of reassembling with new oil.
