Horrible customer service I have worked in the car business for 15 years I am now retired. I have been run through the phone ringer starting with Ryan then the receptionist, th I have worked in the car business for 15 years I am now retired. I have been run through the phone ringer starting with Ryan then the receptionist, then disconnected at five minutes forty five seconds. When I called back I once again started with Ryan. I expressed my disbelieve that everyone in the store makes so much money they don't need to answer the phone. (Ryan is obviously working up front because he doesn't seem to care that the service department isn't answering the phone) Ryan explained to me if I have a problem the GM is Chris. I think that's his name not sure once I asked Ryan to say it again he put me on hold. I have stayed on hold for a total of 27 min. More

Tom Faraday actually presented the car and took care of all the odds and ends to close the sale and make the car ready to drive off the lot. Tom does a really nice job of providing information but also giving you the space to make your own decisions about a car. More

Tanner met us with a firm handshake and a smile before we had time to enter the showroom. As soon as we told him the specifics of our search, he led us to the vehicles that qualified. He answered every one of our questions expeditiously and succintly. It was evident he knew the history and performance ratings of each car. We felt as though we were his primary concern from the moment we met him until we closed the deal on our purchase. He was a gentleman through and through and our respect for him as a professional is utterly steadfast. Nissan is very fortunate to have him represent their company! Absolutely the worse service department Two times, in less than a month after purchasing my vehicle at this dealership, I brought my car in for the same repair. Not because it broke again.. Two times, in less than a month after purchasing my vehicle at this dealership, I brought my car in for the same repair. Not because it broke again...but, because they can never get to it. Today, I dropped my car off at 10am. At 5pm I had to call the dealership to find out my car hadn't even been looked at. And, you would think, if you knew you had a frustrated customer coming to pick up their vehicle that you would wait around to try to smooth things over. Not at this place! No my apologies, no what can we do to make things good, no, please let us reschedule...nothing other than a bunch of excuses..."they gave you the wrong service advisor, I had a technician call in, I have technician out". Results not excuses. Now I don't have a clue where to take my vehicle for service. More
