Let me just start off by saying... this is the WORST (using emphasis!) dealership when it comes to the service department. I do apologize for this long message, but this needs to be addressed. I am a yo (using emphasis!) dealership when it comes to the service department. I do apologize for this long message, but this needs to be addressed. I am a younger female who was so very excited to be purchasing my first brand new vehicle on my own. I chose THIS dealership for a reason when looking at the Nissan Altima’s. So, I bought a 2019 Nissan Altima with zero miles on it and 3-4 months down the road, my rear driver side door lock goes out. No big deal, things happen. I take it to get it fixed since it’s under warranty. About a week or so later, my rear passenger side door lock goes out. At this point, I’m like okay, maybe an electrical issue with the door locks. I take it back to the dealership to get it fixed. Maybe a month down the road, both front driver and passenger door locks go out plus my USB port for my Apple CarPlay. I make another appointment for my car and at this point, I am pretty frustrated. The appointment was confirmed by a service representative and even sent a confirmation of the appointment. I take my car in to get it fixed, again, and the service representative states they do not show an appointment for me. It takes a lot for me to get upset, but this was the icing on the cake. I explained to the service representative that I am not frustrated with them, but I am frustrated at the fact of poor customer service and quality of my vehicle. A brand new vehicle and 5 issues within 6 months or less, that I was aware of. Finally, they “squeezed” me in and told me that they would need to order parts. Since I work with customers all day, every day in customer service, I know what exceptional customer service looks like and I expect that from other companies. Fast forward, I was told that it could take a few days before they would have my car fixed so I got a rental car and told the service department I would not be paying for the rental since this is was an error through their manufacturing of the vehicle. Days pass by and absolutely NO updates on my car so I finally contact them. They fixed my front driver and passenger side door locks but couldn’t understand why my USB wasn’t working. It took them 2 weeks to finally fix it and give me my car back. They were going to make me pay for the rental car which was going to equal around $400.00 or more and it wasn’t even as nice as my brand new car! I was furious and advised to them again that I would not be paying for it. So, I didn’t pay for the rental fee and I was told that my door locks, USB and back up camera were fixed. Yes, you heard that correct. ANOTHER issue. I brushed this off and was finally stress free again. Fast forward again to almost a few weeks later. Since they gutted my car to replace the USB, the technician working on my car SOMEHOW messed up my driver side window tint. At first I thought he might have dropped a small screw in the window or maybe debris got inside and was scratching my window, so I take it back AGAIN. I had scratches all over the window and I was not about to pay for a window tint since again, it was not my mistake. They fixed the tint with no issues and I was happy-ish again. Fast forward to about a month later, the scratches reappear and there are more. Not only did I have scratches but there was a “knocking” type of noise coming from underneath the car on the driver side. Since I work from home and didn’t need my car, I took it back to the service department to have it fixed. They fixed the tint and advised the technician had somehow made an error when putting the parts back together and it caused the scratches in the window tint? I have no idea how that can even happen unless you are not paying close attention to detail. Then, another icing on the cake... The lady in the office TEXTS me details about the knocking noise. Again, I work in customer service and find this extremely unprofessional. I expect a company to pick up the phone and talk to me one on one to discuss issues or expect a voicemail if I am unable to answer... not a text message! She says that the technician replaced the engine mount and it is still making the noise underneath the car and stated she doesn’t know what it could be but will try again the next day. The next day rolls around and she texts me again saying that the noise is gone and I am able to come get my car. Mind you that the day before it was still making the noise so what makes you think it sitting overnight will change anything? It was NEVER fixed. So, now, here I am with a knocking noise underneath my car again and I refuse to take it back to the dealership. What makes everything SO much worse, is the fact that each time I’ve taken my car in to get it fixed, they always ask if I want a car wash as well and I ALWAYS say yes. Every single time I’ve picked up my car, it’s NEVER been washed. I bought a brand new car and yet, there’s always a problem with it. I will not name anyone specifically because jobs are at risk, but this company needs to get it together for the sake of their customers. I have never been so disappointed in a company and have never given such a negative review, but I am at my breaking point with them. Again, maybe being a young female has something to do with it, I’m not sure... but I’ve had to get my significant other and father involved because I feel as if I am not being taken seriously. Maybe it’s time that Corporate get involved so that changes could be made. Or, maybe I bought a lemon and a lawyer is needed. Please think about what I’ve posted because I do not wish this stress/frustration upon anyone. More
I believe this is the worst dealership I've ever had any contact with. I make an appointment to just get an oil change and still sit there for 2 hours. Every single time I go it's 2 hours. And when they cal contact with. I make an appointment to just get an oil change and still sit there for 2 hours. Every single time I go it's 2 hours. And when they call for a survey it's always, I'm so sorry we will give you a free oil change or take you home or to work. They want to turn a 15 minute job into an all day affair. That does not fix the problem. the mechanics must not have any supervision at all. This never happened when mr. hunt owned the dealership. The sales people are obnoxious!!! It's time to spend my money and time at their competitor. More
Terrible dealership, saleman, and managers. My family and I went to look at a pre-owned vehicle. When we located it I stopped a salesman, name was Mark Spangler. He became very confrontational when I asked for the keys to the vehicle so we could look to see if it was something that we wanted to pursue. He started yelling and cursing at me in front of my family, mid you all I wanted to do was look at this vehicle. He continued to curse at me telling me he wouldn’t show me the vehicle or give the keys so we could look. Upon asking to speak to a manager he became even more aggressive, to the point of rushing towards me to get in my face like he wanted to fight. When I spoke to the sales manager he was very unapologetic for his employees behavior and got me a new sales person. This employee who treated us this way is still employed there. This doesn’t surprise me by the way the situation was handled. This is a buyer beware of the terrible sales staff and management you’ll find at this deal shop. I will never buy a car from here, nor will I recommend them to anyone. More

Some great some not so much I found the car I wanted. They waited for me to get there. I didn't feel rushed. They were upfront about the car (used) and the price....however... I found the car I wanted. They waited for me to get there. I didn't feel rushed. They were upfront about the car (used) and the price....however...... The salesman, who was great, gave me a price. But the sales manager tried to add on $300 for nothing. My car was $18,700. THANKFULLY I got it in writing. During the process of paperwork the sales manager told me "hey worked it out for you and got you out the door at $19k. I thought he meant overall because I had preapproved financing with my credit union. Of course they tried to sell me the extended warranty, but I had arranged for that through the credit union. As a single woman they tried to make me feel like I was making a mistake, but I stuck to my guns. The next day I come in to sign and suddenly my CAR price is $19k. Luckily I kept the paper so I got my car for $18,700. I mean yeah, $300 may not be much but I'm not handing it to you for LITERALLY NOTHING. It was fully shady. I made them give me all they promised - detail, full tank of gas, new fob batteries and 3 months of XM. They didn't want to, but they did. LIke I said great car, good salesman, but the money people, I felt like they were trying to gouge me. More
Terrible customer service. Extremely rude salesman and high pressure sales tactics. Put sales before people. Avoid this place and a salesman named mark. This is an amazing dealership. I worked with Tom Faraday and I have never went through the process of purchasing a vehicle before. He was patient and answered all my questions in detail. They were not pushy and I have never went through the process of purchasing a vehicle before. He was patient and answered all my questions in detail. They were not pushy at all. Even after I ended up purchasing elsewhere they are still kind enough to try to find a trade in for my daughters truck. They really care about what best serves there customers no matter the outcome. I test drove a Nissan Rogue and was actually impressed, but wasn't sold just yet. As I was walking out of the show room floor, my eyes were drawn to a car, surprisingly as I hadn't driven a car in over 21 years. David, and my husband, were both like, would you consider driving it to see if you like a car. So I did. I drove the new 2019 Nissan Altima. David was great explaining all of the features, but what impressed me the most, was how patient he was with me on my decisions. I test drove multiple vehicles in the series. From the SL, to the S. I just wanted to decide if i wanted and needed all of the luxuries provided in the SL model. David explained all of the differences and even let me pull the two vehicles side by side in an open area of the lot to make my buying decision. It was a hard decision to do things for myself, but David was very patient, understanding and kind to help me by constantly saying "this is a big decision and a lot of money, I want you to be happy with your decision"..not too sure many dealers in the area would have that attitude with a customer. I am now the owner of a 2019 Nissan Altima and enjoy the ride everyday. More

I really needed a new car but had been very hesitant about it. I went out and looked a couple of times--Tom did not pressure me--he let me take my time to make up my mind. When I saw the one that I bought for the first--it just felt right. Tom's personality made my experience excellent. He let me make up my mind without any high-pressure sales pitch. I love my new Nissan! More
