Nissan of Canton

I had gone to Nissan Farmington at first. But when I arrived at the Service there the Fee was 10.00 greater than what was quoted. Also they were moving vehicles and customers like it was a train station arrived at the Service there the Fee was 10.00 greater than what was quoted. The service writer questioned me about my vehicle as if they wanted to factor everything but what I was telling them that vehicle was doing and not doing. I decided to leave there and drive the greater distance to Canton. At Canton the Service writer was warm and humored. Quoted the Diagnostic fee as stated and took my vehicle right in. The vehicle was kept overnight and although I didn't receive a call that next day it was explained respectfully why. My vehicle remained for and additional overnight because the extreme aspect of my issue occurred over the night. Turned out their Tech went through and corrected the issue and delivered my vehicle that next afternoon. Didn't attempt to trap me into anything beyond what I had reported. I had been made to feel that in Farmington. I will returning to Canton Nissan for my future concerns and will definitely consider Canton on a purchase of another Nissan vehicle in the future.
