We recently (July 27 /20) negotiated a 36-month lease with Nissan of Canton on a 2020 Rogue which included routine service. We are happy with the vehicle but very unhappy with the dealer. The lease we negotiated we now find out did not include the service. We find this rather odd since both my wife and I distinctly remember proposing the included service and them agreeing (John Cauchi). Of note, another issue arose between these 2 events of having service, and then not. Prior to finding out about the 'disappearance' we had discussions with Nissan of Canton regarding them misleading us, not intentionally, about what payments could be made with VISA. The net result was that we received a $200 store credit from them, about equal to our net loss. Later our service agreement 'disappeared'. After finding this out we naturally had discussions with Nissan of Canton. We also tried to get the recollections of the only other sales representative present for these discussions, Taylor Campbell, but she remains mute on the subject despite all our efforts. We can only conclude that she recollects service being included but is reluctant to say so when her superior says that it wasn't. Our experience with Nissan of Canton is thus that they are both vindictive and less than trustworthy. Caveat emptor - buyer beware! More
