I thought Nissan of Canton was a honest legitimate dealership @ least they were when I leased my Nissan Murano in 2020. I had a regular maintenance appt on 7/13/21. I was told by the service advisor Trisha I had a nail in the outside wall of my left back tire that would cost $288. And I should have that replaced IMMEDIATELY & not to drive with that tire still being on my vehicle. I said I needed to speak with my hubby & wasnt expected out the blue to need to come out of pocket almost $300. Especially coming in for a regular maintenance check. So I said no for now. Not only was I there just over 3 hrs sitting for them to finally come within the last 30 mins of that time to say I need a brand new tire. I decided the next day to go to Discount Tire to price out & have all my tires checked. Come to find out I NEVER had a nail in my tire! I was right there along with my husband for the physical inspection. Nothing not a nail in sight! Nissan of Canton is a shady dealership! Their plans was to make a quick buck, more like almost $300 bucks off of me with a complete lie abt my tire! I paid for an oil change pkge when I leased my vehicle with them in 2020. My lesson learned, I will not be back in that dealership for another oil change...I will not return as a loyal customer...I will not refer any family/friends & most definitely, when it's time to upgrading my lease I'll seek honesty elsewhere. Beware of this dealership, they prey on customers they think they can get over on, like myself! More
