There was a recall on my car that I wasn't even aware of until your service dept told me. I made an appointment and Dustin was assigned as my service contact. He was wonderful. Very friendly. He explained that service would take most of the day so my requested rental was all set to go. The service took less time than I was expecting when Dustin called to tell me it was complete. I was treated with great redirect by Jack my service provider. He stood with me to ensure my van was in working order even though other mechanic shops had given up.
