Bad experience in buying a car The dealership will not get to the point as to how much the car costs, what the trade-in is valued add in the incentives and present a number. But no, they want to play games, generate a matrix depending on what you can put down. Heck, just do it and stop the historical games car dealerships put a potential customer through. 16 sentra alive and well Over 2 1/2 year ago I purchased my Sentra. Although I just found out the company ownership has change they still have the great employees. Ray, my s Over 2 1/2 year ago I purchased my Sentra. Although I just found out the company ownership has change they still have the great employees. Ray, my salesperson from 2 1/2 years ago, recognized me in the parking lot when I pulled up. My wife had dropped her key and a button popped off and I needed it repaired. Ray not only repaired it for me, he replaced the battery and made sure everything worked. All in about 10 minutes and I was on my way. Genuine, knowledgeable and nice. Thanks Ray and I will be back for the next Sentra. Sentra Doug More
