Awesome service! I was uncertain as to whether to have my oil and filter change done by Nissan dealer or a 5 Minute oil change place. The thought of a dealership scare I was uncertain as to whether to have my oil and filter change done by Nissan dealer or a 5 Minute oil change place. The thought of a dealership scared me because I figured it would be super expensive due to labor costs. I had received a coupon for a free oil change and some other Nissan coupons so I took my chances. I walked out of there for $41.00. My oil and engine air filter changed and my tires rotated. I was so happy. My service guy was so nice. More

Oil change on my Nissan Pathfinder Carmen was out the door and greeting me at my car before I had a chance to get out of my car, "Now that's Service"! We went inside and he looked up my account and gave me some additional recommendations and we proceeded with the checkin process. while the Service was taking place he came into the customers Lounge to make sure I didn't need anything and he gave me an update as to when I could expect my car. When the Service was completed he came in and got me and we took care of the payments and he walked me to my car and wished me a good day. Why wouldn't I come back, with service like this!!! Good if you get right service agent. Have always had good service until last visit. Didn't ask for Dustin and ended up with Sean. He was poor with communication and the work was not completed in a timely manner. Then picked up vehicle without getting the recommended maintenance work done because couldn't wait any longer. On top of that the reason I brought it in was not even completed correctly. Spoke with Dustin when I picked it up and he apologized and said when I have time to bring it back he would make sure I get taken care of. I will remember to ask for Dustin from now on. More
