Outstanding Customer Service and Sales Experience Living in Chicago, I made a deal over the phone for my Mother in Law to terminate her existing Nissan lease and re lease another Nissan Sentra. During the process I had constant communication with Nick in the BDC as I weighed the benefits of buying out her existing leased vehicle, or upgrading to the 2019 Nissan Sentra SV, (which has enhanced safety features). Nick put me in touch with Sales Manager Pete Rusnak. Pete was a complete gentleman, and he ensured that when my Mother in Law arrived at the dealership everything was in place, resulting in a smooth signing and delivery process. Not once did she have to contact me to confirm that what she was signing was what had previously been agreed upon. She was thrilled with the experience..as she is with her new car ! More
