I always have an issue with the serivce dept. its useless to have an appointment because if you leave and come back at a later time they’ll put your vehicle to the end of the line so pretty much call ahead before arriving so they work on your car. Also they never clean up after they serviced your vehicle the paper mat all messy on the floor mat the plastic wrap still on seat and everything left greasy. So thats always fun throwing away the mess after paying $50 for an oil change. Till this day I haven’t had an experience where I was blown away from how great everything was so still waiting... More

On-line work order approval and texting comments I liked the option to communicate with the service adviser by text and authorize service using the on-line form. The problem was with the on-line form: I marked some individual items as approved but when I was taken to the screen to approve the work order, all items I marked as approved showed up as decline but the total cost was correct. I ended up calling Dustin to approve the work order line by line. More
