Slow but thorough The previous two visits were 5 stars but I'll remove one star on this one as they were a bit backlogged. I can't say it was anyone's fault. Sometime The previous two visits were 5 stars but I'll remove one star on this one as they were a bit backlogged. I can't say it was anyone's fault. Sometimes they get slammed with several repairs at once. The previous visits were in and out in less than an hour and the service department wasn't busy so I probably just caught them on a busy morning this time. Sean did let me know they were backed up so I give him complements for keeping me informed. This visit was almost two hours but could have been worse. Free wi-fi and a comfortable waiting room go a long way to make the wait bearable. More
