Excellent Service, Again My service technician, Eric Scott, greeted me as I pulled in without an appointment. He was professional as well as concerned as to why I was back so My service technician, Eric Scott, greeted me as I pulled in without an appointment. He was professional as well as concerned as to why I was back so soon. After I explained the problem that I was having he checked me in and assumed that the problem would be checked out. Eric Scott is good at what he does and his customer service skillls are beyond excellent. Eric Scott is a great asset to the Service Team at Nissan of Bowie. It’s a great feeling to know that when you walk in for service that your tech knows your name and and has the capacity to Make you feel as if your concerns are valid and will be addressed. Nissan of Bowie, this is my fifth Nissan and the first that I’ve purchased from your store. I’m totally impressed with my service and my service technician Eric Scott. Good Service, Reasonable Prices Had my 2008 Nissan serviced at this location recently for my 100,000 mile service and a few other things and I was very pleased. The staff member, Is Had my 2008 Nissan serviced at this location recently for my 100,000 mile service and a few other things and I was very pleased. The staff member, Ishmael Clinton, was very courteous and kept me informed on everything. Turns out my car needed several things. They sent me a text with a link that contained all the recommended repairs/services, how critical the repairs were, and the ability to approve or decline the services right from the webpage. My car was completed whthin the timeframe promised and I was very happy with the price and customer service. Outstanding dealership/service location. More
