Great Experience ! We were looking for a quality used car and came to right place! They had many low mileage vehicles that looked new. Our salesman , Chris Franklin, was so helpful in showing me several models in my price range and I found something that was perfect. We went to the dealership several times and were always greeted immediately and asked if anyone was helping us. We also were impressed with Rex in Finance. Buying a car is usually stressful but the level of customer service and professionalism made this purchase quite simple. Would definitely recommend this dealership to friends and family. More
Insulted and Scammed by Velinda Price of Nissan of Bowie On Tuesday September 2nd 2014 at around 10:00am I spoke with Britney and scheduled to go into the dealership (for Velinda) to view and discuss about On Tuesday September 2nd 2014 at around 10:00am I spoke with Britney and scheduled to go into the dealership (for Velinda) to view and discuss about the Nissan Versa Note SV. As scheduled, I arrived at the dealership at around 3:45 and the first thing was that the vehicle was not available or pulled prior to my arrival. I asked Velinda why the vehicle was not pulled and she informed me that I should go out on the lot and pick a car. I was disappointed with the first appearance and interaction with Velinda even though we have discussed my requirement and price range on the phone prior to me going to the dealership. I went to the lot and picked a Versa Note SV and went back to the building. To my surprise, they pulled up with a White Nissan Sentra (which is not what I asked for). At that time, I refused to test drive the higher vehicle and asked why they bought out the Sentra instead of the Versa. The Sentra was priced $3000 0ver my price range. I went home and saw an email from Velinda and to my surprise after wasting all my time and their several attempts to SCAM me, she was now trying to disrespect and insult me (see Velinda’s email below). I was not rude to anyone at this dealership but at the same time, will not open up myself to a SCAM. It is bad business to discuss and have an understanding with a customer on the phone and then do something else when the customer arrives at the dealership. My husband and I went to many dealerships and by far Nissan of Bowie exceeded our expectations. We were not subjected to the "game" playing of car buying as we had come accustomed to. Mr. Ayaba and Mr. Bledsoe listened to what we were looking for and they made it happen. Within several hours they had the car delivered to the dealership from another location, gave us a fair price with additional services that were offered at the dealership which made the offer even more attractive. They had the paperwork completed and deal done. We could not believe it! There was no back and forth waiting to get an answer, switching of employees or high pressure banter. Even though it is farther than we would have normally gone looking for a car; we are sure glad we did! My husband and I had a great conversation with Mr. Ayaba. He was a great person to work with and can't say enough good things about him. We walked away with the truck that we wanted and an overall great experience! I would highly recommend this dealership and Mr. Ayaba and Mr. Bledsoe. Hopefully Nissan recognizes their outstanding employees and they will still be there when we are in the market for another vehicle. He answered our questions and was very friendly and professional. All of the personnel that we met were friendly and helpful, and moved the purchasing process along well. Recently my wife was in the process of changing out her summer tires for a winter pair due to some impending bad weather. In the process a lug nut was seized and stripped. She was able to make an emergency stop at Nissan of Bowie to get this fixed the very next day. Not only were they able see her on such short notice to remove the lug nut and put the winter tire on her vehicle but they did this at no charge. Thank you Nissan of Bowie for taking care of this little issue with very short notice and easing my stress while deployed. More

I recently submitted a bad review for this service center that I cant find. I am now more than pleased with my recent visit. They did the interior protection, cleaned the exterior, and gave me a new battery that I cant find. I am now more than pleased with my recent visit. They did the interior protection, cleaned the exterior, and gave me a new battery which fixed the interior beeping alarm that would randomly go off while driving down the road. The car looked brand new inside and out when I picked it up. They also did a free oil change. Lee was very professional and so was the other service associate I dealt with. More
