I bought a white 2016 Nissan rouge SV in July and the dealership promised me that they would install a sunroof. They did, however they return my car with stains and buckles on the roof as well as a sunroof that did not work properly. After bringing my car back 10 times for them to fix the damage they finally put me in a new car. I was put in a Blue 2016 Nissan rouge sv with trim package. However, before the truck left the lot it began having issues with the air system. When I would turn of the a.c. or heat it would continue to blow hard through the upper vent. The manager/co- owner Mike Morrelli witnessed this and still insisted that the problem would work itself out. It did it not so they put me in a Silver 2016 Nissan Rouge SL. I have been driving for a few months and now the air system is not working, only this time it is blowing out high heat. This model clearly needs to be recalled. This dealer is selling brand new cars that are defective and their service department does unprofessional work to the cars. Worst experience ever! I have to say the sales associates are not all bad. Jerry, the person who sold us the car has been awesome, considering everything. Also, Mike is a nice guy for the most part. However, he has not made good on his promise to fix the car or replace it. Also, he had been successful in fixing the issues of my car. They can only give me guesses with the cause of the issue and have no ideas of how to fix it. More
Dishonest and Inconsiderate I saw the vehicle posted on cars.com and called to inquire about. I was told that it was being worked on. I tried to schedule the appointment for a later date to allow them time to finish working on it, but I was told that I didn't have to wait and I scheduled an appointment with Mike Johnson to test drive the car the next day. I received a call from him in morning to confirm the 6pm appointment. I called on my way to inform him that I was running late and he was okay with that. I arrived and was attended to by Quenton who kept us waiting for about thirty minutes, only to come tell us a xxxx and bull story about not having the key and telling us that the car was in a different lot and we couldn't even see it much less test drive it. He tried to schedule me to come back another day to test drive it and I refused. Why didn't Mike Johnson make sure that the key and car were available and waiting for me since I had scheduled an appointment with him and called him on my way to the appointment twenty minutes before I got there? On my way home, I checked their website, only to find that car was $4000 more than it was listed for at cars.com. This was obviously the reason for their games. By being dishonest and manipulative, they have lost a customer for life. My time is to valuable to waste it playing stupid games!!! More

I was not even allowed to open the door and look at the interior. I explained that I already owned a GTR and was thinking about trading in my current car for the new one. This is where I have been bringing my current GTR to be serviced. I don't see what the big deal is. So here I am, checking the new GTR out, I did not asked to sit in it, just look. If you are going to buy a 100K car there is nothing wrong with looking inside the car, I did when I bought my GTR, and I am the original owner, purchased brand new at Passport. Because of my experience at this dealer I will take my money elsewhere. I called up another dealer and they were happy to show me the new car inside and out. That is not a good way to treat a potential customer. More

Bad Customer Service by Velinda I came in to look at a vehicle, first thing I was told was the salesman I was meeting with quit a couple days ago (not a big deal). I met with Tom abo I came in to look at a vehicle, first thing I was told was the salesman I was meeting with quit a couple days ago (not a big deal). I met with Tom about the vehicle; he had no idea about the features but was nice so I gave him a pass because I did my research already. Conversations were healthy and productive until he brought in his Sales Manager Velinda. She instantly came in with a condescending tone and smug attitude. The whole vibe of the room was uncomfortable; she was rude and spoke down to me as if I did not know what I was talking about. I was warned about this dealership, but I thought I would give it a try. If the Sales Manager has these types of characteristics I can just imagine how the other salesmen are. I will give Tom the same advice I gave him before I left, "Never bring her to talk to a customer again, you will lose business. On top of that she emailed me later that afternoon and still continued her arrogance. I will not be recommending them to anyone. I purchased a vehicle from a nearby dealership who had great customer service. More

I have had the car back to the dealership several times and spoke to the manager with no resolution. The sales manager suggested i contact consumer affairs and that did no good. I was told by the Nissan that is was a feature of the seat. Since then I have called and left several messages for the sales manager and no return call. I would recommend not buying any car from this dealership. More
