Very bad customer service. I Went there today to run a diagnostic on my 2015 Nissan Sentra since my transmission was kicking consistently. The service department informed me tha I Went there today to run a diagnostic on my 2015 Nissan Sentra since my transmission was kicking consistently. The service department informed me that it would cost 155 dollars to run a diagnostic, even though expensive, I had no issue paying it. So, after they did the diagnostic, service advisor said it was most likely the fuel injectors, so I said cool, however, he said he wanted to run another diagnostic to make sure it truly was the fuel injectors and I thought to myself, wow, this is some good service, however, the service advisor told me it would cost another $150 to run the second diagnostic to make sure that actually the issue. It doesn’t make sense to pay twice for a diagnostic if they weren’t sure of the issue the first time , that’s the whole point of a diagnostic, to find the issue. ridiculous. I ended up not running a second diagnostic and i had to take it to another mechanic, so basically, i ended up paying $150 so they can tell me it might be the fuel injectors, terrible service. Basic scam, Save yourself a trip and avoid this Nissan dealership. My family and I have three Nissans, probably the last ones we’ll ever have. More
