If at first you don't succeed First, this rating request was texting to me without my consent and my phone number is on the do not call registry. Second, I brought my Maxima in First, this rating request was texting to me without my consent and my phone number is on the do not call registry. Second, I brought my Maxima in to repair the rear moon roof screen - which would not close. They had to replace the entire headliner - which took two weeks. When it was done, the driver A-pillar trim cover was loose and would not remain in place, the car had greasy prints all over the interior upholstery (doors & seats & headliner), and there was spray glue on the rear view mirror. It took them three attempts to repair the issues. And, I'm still finding greasy fingerprint marks in the interior of the vehicle. A larger issue was that I had not applied registration sticker to my license plate when I dropped the car off at the dealer. When I picked it up the first time, the registration sticker and paper work were missing from the car. The dealer had to reissue my registration & sticker for the vehicle. When I first brought this to the service manager's attention, he stone walled my attempts to involve management. To some extend, I understand attempting to isolate management from minor issues, but, this was potentially theft of property which put me at risk were I to operate the vehicle without proof of registration. The service manager told me that the general manager had already left and lived over an hour away. When I began calling the police to report the theft, suddenly the general manager appeared. So, either the service guy lied or the general manager drives faster than a cartoon vehicle. I did not appreciate the deception. I do not plan on using this dealership's services again, except for the oil change service which is included for the life of the vehicle. More
