Somewhat disappointed this time I brought my car in for standard service at 15,000 miles. I also bought a car while waiting for my car to be serviced. My car was returned from servic I brought my car in for standard service at 15,000 miles. I also bought a car while waiting for my car to be serviced. My car was returned from service with the front sunroof shade damaged. The main cabin air filter was replaced and now the air makes a noticeable hissing sound that it hadn’t done before. I know the guys there will make it right but it is still frustrating. To be fair, I haven’t told them about the hissing noise yet as I haven’t been in town to take the car back yet. As I said, no matter what, I know they will make it right. They are professional, courteous and the only place that I will take my cars for service. More

I get free oil changes there and still came here and paid because they are not as friendly, I couldn’t get an oil change appt until a week or so from now, and I normally wait upwards of three hours (in a tiny cold wait room, in uncomfortable chairs, with only infomercials, news, or sports playing on the one TV). You all are a stress reliever for me, because the last thing I want to do is waste half a day being bored out of my mind while waiting for my car to be serviced. I also appreciate how y’all were able to quickly accommodate me twice (no appointment) when my car was having transmission problems. Your hours are awesome. Most places would’ve been closed and I was able to walk in and receive help with no problem. It took me a couple visits for y’all to discover what was going in you ultimately replaced the transmission and my car has been running smoothly ever since. I have since returned for four new tires and now this oil change. I think Rome Williams helped me out the last couple times I was here and he’s really friendly and helpful. I’ll continue to come to Nissan of Bowie and when I’m ready to upgrade my Sentra, it will be at this location. Thank y’all so much! More

I will NOT be doing business with them ever again. I've purchased 4 vehicles and my daughter purchased one in the past 5 years. I definitely will not be returning for my next vehicle purchase. In my opinion the only saving grace for this facility is the service center. The Advisors are always helpful and provide great service. The workmanship is good as well. More

I cannot remember the manager that came out to give us a special welcome around 8:30 a.m. and told us to eat some of his favorite is donuts.... Service Was Poor I brung my car in for 2 specific things: an oil change and a possible tune-up. I felt like this was a way to just try to get my money. However, I was under warranty for the things that were actually needed. No loaner cars were available and was told they didn’t know when the cars would be returning. How is that possible? You know exactly when your cars should be returning. More
